Zig-zag cotton machine

It is an automatic machine (en zig-zag maquina de algodon) for folding and precutting the ready-made cotton web into zigzag (pleated) cotton wool of weight per package like:25 grams per polybag,50grams per polybag, 100grams per polybag,250gram per polybag and etc with precut line between every pleated wool.

By changing of raw materials and forming method, other special sizes can be made on it.

Cotton ball machine
  Machine (máquina para hacer bolas de algodón) for automatic production of cotton balls in different colours and adjustable gram weight. cotton wool balls gram weigth range: 0.2 to 2 gram or other customer specification
Features:
1.cotton wool balls in different colors from 0.2 to 2 gram can be made simultaneously.
 2.Four  production tracks. Each track has the capacity of 30 balls per minute.
3.Only operation for worker is to put the empty packing bag at output of machine and take it off when it reaches the pre-set quantity of ball for each packing bag.

Cotton roll machine

 		 It is for automatic production of cotton rolls from jumbo cotton rolls or directly from cards. The cotton roll made can be different width and gram as per market requirements and its packing tightness can be adjusted.
Features:
 1.Input: cotton from cards or a jumbo cotton roll mounted on input frame.
2.Output: 100 g to 1000 g hard and tight (compressed) cotton rolls as standard.
3. Automatic Cutting : After getting preset gram , the cutting occurs automatically
