Cotton ball machine |
This Equipment is for automatic production of cotton balls
in different colors at the same time. It is fed by
cotton-wool sliver. The counting of cotton balls is
automatic. The only operation required to the worker is the
positioning of empty poly-bags at the mouth of the Equipment
and the subsequent manual pushing of cotton balls already
counted into the poly-bag. |

Alcohol swab stick machine |
It is used for the automatic production of plastics sticks
with medical liquid (Alcohol, Iodine and etc) inside. It
automatically complete the following process: 1st seals one
end of the feed-in plastics stick; 2nd makes frictional
marks around both ends; 3rd dosages the required medical
liquid to the sticks; 4th feeds out the ready-made sticks
and counts the output.

 The final products are
medical-liquid-filled plastics sticks. Frictional edges are
made on both ends. One end is sealed by plastics, the other
end is a through-hole but protected with sealing oil. After
our COTTON BUD MACHINE, the alcohol swab sticks are made. |

Cotton Swab machine |
It is used for the automatic
production of medical cotton swabs. Either single-head or
double-head cotton swabs can be made on this machine.ard.
This machine is made up of the hopper, stick-feeder,
cotton-feeder, cotton roller, cotton roller up, and electric
control cabinet. The groove-ironer is equipped to stiffen
the joint between swabs
formed and the sticks. |
Features:
The swabs made has a stiff, plump and shiny style. It
prevents the commonly-occurred looseness or drop-off of
stick from the cotton head formed . After the drying and
sterilizing, cotton swabs will be in accordance with the
hygienic stand
